[there appear to be a lot of decorations wrapped around things today… Lots of ribbons and bows, in particular. Most of them are white or just off-white, but there are a few that have burst out in colour, and several more in shades of pink and red. There are also plenty of roses around in the same colours, with the gazebo almost swallowed up in festoons of red roses.

On the other hand, Hawk is in blue, with a ceremonial dagger tucked into his sash, pacing back and forth. Goddess, is he sure? … Is she sure? Maybe he should go and ask.

…It can't do any harm. Probably.

Going to go knock on the door, then.]

Mm. After all, it's the both of us! [And it was something they decided themselves.]

[He lets his head drop against hers, holding her for a little longer.] Thanks, Fuu.

[She giggles softly into his shoulder.]

Again, you're welcome. Any time.

[And she stands there with him, not letting him go. Which is perhaps a little unusual - although she's had all this time to get used to displays of affection, she tended to keep it brief.]

[He's not one to object! Still, he lets go after a few more moments, with great reluctance.] I might end up taking you up on that fairly soon! [He squeezes her hand and presses a kiss against her forehead.] Right now, though, we're probably worrying everyone else.

[Returning the squeeze before she lets go, she smiles and blushes slightly at the kiss.]

You're right. I'm very sorry. Worrying them is the last thing I want to do. [Being unable to return to Earth, they were family now.]

[And that means looking after each other.] Well. I distracted you, so I'll take responsibility.

Oh- I'm sure that they won't mind too much if we're late... but they might tease us? [She blushes a little at the thought. Still not used to the new kinds of teasing that came with having a fiancée...]

Probably! But that's not so bad, is it? […probably why most of it happens.]

Ah- well... you said that you'll take responsibility! So I'll leave it up to you. [Cannot deal with teasing well. She still takes it a bit seriously sometimes.]

You can count on me. [But it's part of what charms him about her~] Shall we, then? [He offers his arm.]

Yes. [Although she blushes, she takes his arm confidently. She knows that this is what she wants to do, and it makes her happy.]

And you can count on me too. Ah- but I guess we'll be getting to that in just a little while with the vows.

Mm. I don't mind hearing it again, though! [He turns enough to step outside, still smiling at her.]

[She shuffles though the doorway with him.]

Don't you? Mmm. Do you like my words of affection to you the most?

Aaah, is that a trick? Of course!

Haha- no, no trick. Some people just like certain expressions of love more.

Mm, true. There's so many ways to say you care. [interlacing their fingers] And you?

Ah, well... I feel most loved when- [she blushes-] w-when you do things for me...

[~~True, but not the whole truth~!~~]

Ah… [He blinks for a moment, and then grins, wrapping his arms around her.] I'm really glad.

[Fuu blushes brightly, but relaxes into his hold. She whispers into his shoulder,]
I have grown to feel even more loved at your touch

Fuu… [He's starting to go red, too.] I'm really lucky to have met you.

[Woooow, she made him blush?
She embraces him tighter.]

And I you.

[Yes. Yes, she did, and she could probably find some way to tease him about it.

He holds her close for a few more moments, then pulls away reluctantly, hands still on her arms.] Time to say our thanks? [with a nod towards the gazebo]

[She just might, once back in a calmer state of mind.]

Certainly. With my whole heart.

Both our hearts. [He squeezes her hand one last time, and lets go, walking towards the gazebo. The official doesn't look too thrilled, but they're here now, at least, and the ceremony get get started.]

[Fuu solemnly goes through the ceremony, but gives Hawk's hand a gentle squeeze as often as she can. Once it comes to the vows, she cannot help her voice shaking with emotion, but her smile is bright. And she can feel her face warming as they get closer and closer to the kiss at the end...]

[Hawk squeezes her hand again as they reach the final part, turning to her and cupping one cheek with his other hand, smiling.] …you know, it's a good thing this place is pretty temperate.

[She blinks at him in surprise and gives him a curious grin.]

Is it? What does the weather have to do with anything?

Because you're always so warm!

[She blinks, then bursts out laughing, trying to hide it behind one hand raised to her mouth. It doesn't quite work - everyone is looking at her, so she blushes.]

Hawk!

[He grins.] Just like that, like a burst of sunshine~ [And he moves to kiss her.]

[And now she can move forward and kiss her new husband with confidence, although it might be a bit awkward of a kiss because she's still laughing.]

[The awkwardness doesn't matter- her laughter makes him happy, and he starts laughing as well, reaching out to wrap an arm around her.]

[It is a chain reaction, because his laugh makes her smile! After a while of this she gives up on kissing him properly, and instead she hugs him tightly, burying her face in his chest.]

[The advantage of that is he can now kiss her on the top of her head! Just before people start throwing rice, too.]
